There are no fees and charges if you cancel before 70 days prior to the tour's starting date. If you cancel 70 days or less prior to the tour's starting date, then the 20% deposit will be non-refundable. We also will not be able to refund any amounts we have contractually committed to pay to third parties to deliver your travel arrangements which we cannot recover (e.g flight tickets). Unlike most other tour companies that calculate the cancellation fee based on the remaining days before the trip starts (which almost always guarantee a higher profit), we operate differently: We only charge a flat cancellation fee (20% for 70 days or less) and promise to refund you everything that we can recover from our suppliers overseas. If needed, we can provide you with refund receipts from our suppliers to verify this.
