Your Passport must:

  • Maintain its validity for a minimum of six months beyond your return date.

  • If you do not hold an Australian Passport, check with your nearest embassy if necessary.

  • If you renew your passport after you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible.

Once the tour hit the minimum number required for the tour, we'll send you a Booking Confirmation Email right away. If your tour is guaranteed to depart, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email straight after you book.

After you have received your Visa Grant Notice email, you can proceed to book your flights from and to Australia. If you're not confident in booking your flights, feel free to reach out and we'll provide you guidance on suitable flights free of charge.

Note: Please do not proceed to book your flight before receiving your Visa Grant Notice email.

Step 4: Complete the Trip Preparation Form

Fill out the trip preparation form here. This will allow us to process your visa, book your flights and secure your accommodations. So the earlier you do this, the better!

Baggage Allowance

Unless you have requested otherwise, standard baggage allowance is 20KG for checked baggage and 7KG for carry-on per person.

Other things to consider

Currency Exchange

While credit & debit cards are widely used around the world, cash is still the most common method of transaction in Vietnam, especially among street vendors. We recommend you to have a combination of cash and a travel card for flexibility.

Mobile Network and Data

Electrical Adaptor

You may consider purchasing a power adaptor to charge your existing electronic devices such as mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc. Australia uses the standard plug "Type I" while Vietnam uses both "Type A" and "Type C". Please see image below for reference.

Shopping for travel adaptors can be confusing, so we recommend you to purchase an All in One Travel Power Plug.
