I have been to Vietnam and Cambodia several times but wanted to show my wife how fantastic the place was, so asked Peter and his team at Mystical Asia to put together the adventure of a lifetime for her. Mystical Asia delivered in spades!

For 22 days we travelled all over Vietnam and much of Cambodia, taking in the excitement of Ho Chi Minh City, the history of Hue, the elegance of Hanoi, the splendour of Ha Long Bay, the magnificence of Angkor Wat and everything in between.

The Mystical Asia team organised everything from flights to accommodation and day trips. 
Whilst other tourists were packed onto 40 seat buses and trucked from market to market, my wife and I were taken from one incredible place to another in our own private vehicle escorted by our driver and personal tour guide.
 

All the planning put into the trip meant that it all went without issue (including all the intercity and international flights) and as a seasoned traveller, this never usually happens.
 

Our accommodation was great and unique, ranging from our hotel within the in the old walled citadel of Hue (which used to be used by the King’s personal physicians) to a 5-star beach resort at Dhawa Ho Tram to the premiere suite on a ship cruising Ha Long Bay (with its own private deck area).
 

Our tour guides were very knowledgeable, fun people who went to extraordinary lengths to make our trip one we would never forget.  The guides were very flexible to our every need, whether it be making sure we were always comfortable or arranging a detour so we could attend a private service at the Long Tan Cross or working out ways that we could bypass the large tour groups (the ones from the companies you see advertising the cheap vacations on TV).
 

All in all, Mystical Asia delivered the adventure of a lifetime…worth every dollar.
